Saturate a clean cloth in undiluted apple cider vinegar and wrap it around the affected area for 15 minutes to an hour. Do not wrap it too tightly though.
Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
Take an 8 ounce glass of water and add 2 teaspoons of honey along with 2 of teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar. You might feel disgusted, but if you want to get rid of your gouty pain, then gulp it down! Have it 3 times a day for a few days in moderation and notice the difference in your gout. The drink might not be suitable for everyone.
If you are allergic to apples then you should just consider topical application or a foot bath. Be careful not to consume the drink excessively as it might affect your stomach.
